Movement Redefined is an out-of-network provider with commercial insurance companies. We prefer to work for our clients and not for corporate insurance companies. This model allows us to provide 1-on-1 high quality care without any limitations set by insurance companies. We can provide you with a superbill for potential reimbursement from your insurance company. You can also use your health savings account (HSA) or flex spending account (FSA) to pay for services.
There are no surprise bills. All costs will be discussed in advance, ensuring you know exactly what the cost is and what you are paying for.
-
A superbill is a receipt of services provided. It will include details about Movement Redefined, diagnosis (ICD-10 codes), details regarding treatment charges (CPT codes), and the date of service. Patients can then submit this superbill with a claims form to get directly reimbursed from their insurance company if eligible. We cannot guarantee if partial or full reimbursement will be provided since each plan is unique.

No! Virginia is a Direct Access state. This means you can come to us directly for treatment and coaching. There is no need to see a physician or obtain a prescription/referral. You will always receive a thorough examination during your first visit to determine if physical therapy is appropriate for you or if a visit to your physician or another medical provider is advisable before continuing.
If you do have a prescription or referral for physical therapy, please bring it to your first appointment. We will gladly communicate and collaborate with your physician or other healthcare providers throughout your plan of care.
